This is a full-time position for a Multifamily Lead Appraiser in Seattle, WA (and other major metro areas), offered as a hybrid role with an option for partial work from home or full time work from home. The Lead Appraiser will manage and execute appraisal assignments related to multifamily properties, ensuring accurate market analyses and valuation reports. Responsibilities include conducting property inspections, analyzing market data, preparing detailed appraisal reports, and collaborating with clients to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Additional duties involve adhering to industry standards, maintaining regulatory compliance, and mentoring team members when applicable.

• Proficiency in property appraisal, market analysis, and relevant software tools
• Strong knowledge of multifamily property valuation methods and regulatory compliance
• Proficient communication skills, including report writing and client correspondence
• Organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple assignments effectively
• Active professional certification such as MAI designation (or candidacy status) or state-certified appraiser license
• Familiarity with the Seattle, WA, real estate market is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
