Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson located in Cleveland, OH, with some flexibility for remote work. The Salesperson will actively engage in selling residential and commercial real estate properties, building strong relationships with clients, and providing guidance throughout the buying and selling process. Daily responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, conducting property tours, preparing sales documents, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals.

Additionally, the role involves keeping up-to-date with local property trends and market conditions.

Qualifications
  • Real Estate Knowledge:
    Familiarity with property sales, real estate market trends, and related transactions.
  • Interpersonal and Customer Service

    Skills:

    Strong communication, relationship-building, and client-focused problem-solving abilities.
  • Sales and Negotiation

    Skills:

    Experience in sales processes, contract negotiation, and closing deals is highly desirable.
  • Organizational and Time-Management

    Skills:

    Proficiency in managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting.
  • Proficiency with real estate software tools and technology is preferred.
  • Ohio real estate license is required or must be obtained prior to employment.
  • Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
