Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent. The role is based in Slidell, LA, with some flexibility for remote work. Key responsibilities include building relationships with clients to understand their needs, conducting property showings, preparing purchase agreements, and facilitating smooth real estate transactions. The agent will also perform market research, negotiate property prices, and provide exceptional customer service to buyers, sellers, and investors.
Qualifications- Valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of real estate processes
- Proficiency in Customer Service and fostering positive client relationships
- Proven experience in Real Estate, Real Property transactions, and Sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of the New Orleans Metro real estate market is a plus
