You will focus on nurturing, showing, and closing leads provided to you, working from anywhere in the Destin, FL area.

• Immediate Speed to Lead: Promptly contact and nurture leads generated by Zillow.
• Virtual Consultations: Conduct virtual consultations and show homes to motivated buyers/sellers.
• CRM Management: Update all lead interactions in [Insert CRM, e.g., Follow Up Boss] immediately.
• Nurture & Close: Guide clients through the transaction process to closing.
• Metric Tracking: Meet or exceed team and Zillow performance standards (KPIs).

• Active Real Estate License in Florida.
• Exceptional phone communication and follow-up skills.

  Comfortable with CRM software, Zoom, and virtual tours.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by leads.
