Role Description

The Licensed Real Estate Broker role is a full-time hybrid position based in Terre Haute, IN, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing real estate properties, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and market trends. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, marketing properties, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and attending closings while fostering strong client relationships.

• Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate practices, including knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Proven skills in Sales and Customer Service, with an ability to negotiate and build strong client relationships
• Understanding of Real Property management and market analysis
• Active real estate broker license in Indiana is required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using real estate management tools and software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and flexibly in a hybrid work model
