Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent located in Melbourne, FL, with flexible opportunities for remote work. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, you will support buyers and sellers through the real estate transaction process, including conducting property showings, market analysis, and contract negotiations. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and staying updated on real estate market trends and regulations.

You will also work collaboratively with teams to achieve mutual growth and success in meeting client needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in client relationship building, customer service, and effective communication
  • Proficiency in market analysis, property valuation, and contract negotiations
  • Experience in sales, marketing strategy, and business development
  • Understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and transaction processes
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using real estate tools, CRM platforms, and online marketing strategies is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
