Join House Buyers of America as a skilled Residential Property Valuation Expert (RPVE) and become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will be pivotal in valuing prospective deals and defining the scope of work for the properties we acquire. Your expertise will be essential in delivering accurate market value estimates for residential properties, which will guide our acquisition strategies.

• Craft effective pricing strategies aimed at maximizing return on investment (ROI) for all acquired properties while establishing efficient turnaround times for sales.
• Work closely with Sales and Construction teams to make informed pricing decisions and optimize the overall construction process.
• Evaluate properties across the nation, ensuring precision and reliability in all valuations performed.
• Achieve and maintain turnaround objectives for valuations, facilitating swift market placements of properties.
• Successfully balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Contribute in various capacities to assist the company in reaching its ambitious growth objectives.

• At least 3 years of experience in residential property valuations or underwriting is required.
• Possessing an appraisal license or having completed all appraisal coursework is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree is advantageous and enhances your profile.
• Strong computer skills and a quick aptitude for learning new technologies are essential.
