The Miami office is dialed in. They’ve got strong leadership, a collaborative culture, and they actually give mid-levels real runway. You won’t be stuck pushing paper — you’ll be negotiating, drafting, and sitting close to the action from the start.

Targeting 3–6 years of real estate transactional experience.

Must have hands‑on exposure to acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, or development. Experience with borrower‑side finance is a bonus.

Looking for strong drafting and negotiation chops — not just support‑level work.

Must be eager to work directly with partners and clients.

Florida bar preferred but not required.
