This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Real Estate Sales Representative at Hometime Estates LLC. The position is based in Staten Island, NY with flexible opportunities to work from home when necessary. Daily responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing excellent customer service, and executing real estate transactions efficiently. Additional tasks include maintaining client relationships, conducting property showings, and staying updated with market trends to advise clients effectively.

• Possess a valid Real Estate License to operate as a licensed real estate professional.
• Strong skills in Sales and Real Estate practices to achieve transaction success.
• Experience in Real Property assessment and understanding of the local real estate market.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in using real estate software and tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
