Description

We’re seeking a part-time Business Development & Relationship Manager to join our growing team and uphold our reputation for excellence and exceptional client service.

The Business Development & Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by maintaining and strengthening existing relationships with Realtors, realty teams, and broker offices, as well as prospecting and establishing new relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for networking, an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, and be comfortable utilizing both in-person meetings and online tools to engage with real estate professionals.

You will represent Due North at industry events, manage social media engagement, and collaborate closely with our marketing team.

This is being offered as a part-time position with potential to evolve into a full-time position over 12-24 months, in alignment with company growth. This is a home-based position, with weekly travel to local real estate broker offices and coffee meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with Realtors, realty teams, and broker offices to drive new client referrals.
  • Prospect and actively engage new real estate agents, brokers, and realty offices to expand Due North’s referral network.
  • Schedule and attend networking meetings with agents (e.g., coffee meetings) to foster professional relationships.
  • Maintain an active presence in local real estate communities through office visits and participation in industry events.
  • Attend real estate and industry events regularly to meet new agents and real estate professionals, representing Due North with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Deliver presentations to realty teams and broker offices, educating them on our services and the benefits of partnering with Due North.
Social Media & Online Engagement
  • Use social media platforms to engage with real estate professionals, nurture leads, and expand brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design, implement, and optimize social media campaigns targeting real estate professionals.
  • Actively prospect new partners using digital tools, email, Linked In, and other online resources.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with marketing strategies and operational goals.
  • Report on business development activities and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, tracking relationship-building efforts.
Qualifications
  • Experience in business development, sales, or relationship management is desired.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a huge plus
    .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Experience with social media and online tools for networking and prospecting.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to attend meetings and industry events.
Compensation

$30,000 - $45,000 yearly
