This is a full-time hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in New Orleans, LA, with opportunities for remote work. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily activities include property showings, negotiating contracts, completing market analyses, and building relationships with clients. Agents will also stay informed about the local market, attend networking events, and implement effective marketing strategies to meet customer needs.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Proven experience and success in Sales and Customer Service
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with the New Orleans real estate market is a bonus
• Proficiency in real estate software and technology is an advantage
