Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent, based in Scarsdale, NY, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the real estate transaction process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property showings, providing expert market insights, preparing contracts, and negotiating offers. Additional responsibilities include developing client relationships, maintaining a strong understanding of real estate trends, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License and proficiency in real estate practices
  • Experience in sales and expertise in understanding and navigating the real estate market
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of real property laws and regulations
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Experience in the Scarsdale real estate market is a plus
