Nordic Partners Investments (NPI) is a fast growing multifamily investment and syndication firm that focuses on the repositioning of distressed multifamily assets. The company’s mission is to revitalize forgotten properties, improve housing options, and create exceptional rental experiences for tenants. Beyond our syndication efforts, they provide third‑party management and leasing services for multifamily properties.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and go‑getting leasing agent to join our property management team! The ideal candidate will be proficient in sales and customer service, capable of identifying optimal housing solutions for renters, and open to a high paced working environment.

We’re looking for individuals that are career oriented and looking to grow with Nordic Partners long‑term.

Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Leasing Agent, based in Seattle, WA, with some flexibility to work from home. The Leasing Agent will manage day‑to‑day leasing activities, including conducting property tours, administering lease agreements, and maintaining strong communication with potential tenants. Responsibilities include assisting with property management tasks, ensuring occupancy goals are met, and providing high‑quality customer service to both potential and existing tenants.

In

this role you will:
  • Manage inbound leads for potential renters.
  • Manage marketing content in App Folio and other 3rd party sources.
  • Schedule and tour potential renters at various locations throughout the Seattle area with a focus on Capital Hill.
  • Qualify potential renters through background checks, credit checks, reviewing rental history, etc.
  • Perform move‑in and move‑out tasks including onsite inspections, collection and distribution of keys, and internal documentation through App Folio.
  • Assist Property Manager with various supporting tasks such as posting notices at properties, keeping an eye on property cleanliness, assistance with work orders, etc.
  • Represent the Nordic Partners name by putting your best foot forward with future and current tenants, building rapport and providing exemplary customer service.
  • As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own work hours with the expectation that you will complete all tasks and responsibilities in a timely and professional manner to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate.
  • Sales and marketing skills.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Basic proficiency in property management software (App Folio, Yardi, etc).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
