Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for an experienced Commercial Property Manager. Based in Bloomfield Hills, MI, the role allows a mix of in office and remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include overseeing the management of assigned portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring the properties are well maintained, and executing daily operational tasks. Key duties include lease administration, managing tenant relations, coordinating property maintenance, and supporting lease negotiations as needed.

The role also requires financial management of the portfolio, including preparing budgets and monitoring expenditures.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Lease Administration, Lease Negotiations, and understanding of Leases
  • Experience in Property Management, including property operations, maintenance oversight, vendor management, project management, and financial management
  • Excellent Communication skills to maintain robust relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and ensure compliance with property management regulations
  • Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years experience managing commercial real estate properties
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a fast paced work environment
