This is a full-time hybrid role for a Residential Real Estate Agent, with operations based in the Killeen-Temple area and the flexibility for some work from home. As a Residential Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential properties. Strong client relationships and excellent service are essential to success in this role.
Responsibilities- Guide clients through the real estate process
- Prepare property listings
- Conduct property showings
- Negotiate agreements
- Maintain up-to-date market knowledge
- Valid Real Estate License is required
- Experience in Residential Real Estate and overall Real Estate practices
- Proficiency in New Home Sales and general Sales techniques
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and provide outstanding client service
- Familiarity with the Killeen-Temple real estate market is a plus
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
