Sr. Transaction Coordinator - Remote or Hybrid

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
• Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
• Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes to support the transactions team
• Draft and process all requests for service, client initiation documents, and co-broker engagement letters

• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
• Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting for reporting purposes
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Experience with commercial real estate market research and demographic analysis
• Familiarity with transaction management technology and reporting systems
• Previous experience in client feedback coordination and surveys
• Knowledge of financial analysis related to real estate transactions
