• Independently manage financial reporting processes including journal entries, financial statement preparation, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly property financial statements for a complex multi‑property portfolio
• Lead monthly calls with property management and clients, ensuring service excellence and alignment with client objectives
• Oversee property‑level cash management processes and maintain a working knowledge of management agreements
• Support training and guidance of junior team members while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience, specifically in real estate
• Strong adaptability and ability to multitask under pressure
• Client‑focused with a dedication to meeting expectations and building effective relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with real estate software such as Yardi or MRI

• Experience in training and development, guiding, and supervising junior team members
