This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include showing properties, preparing contracts, researching the real estate market, and negotiating sales. While some responsibilities require on-site work, limited work-from-home flexibility is offered for administrative tasks.

• A valid Real Estate License is mandatory.
• Strong skills in Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in Real Estate practices, including property transactions and market analysis.
• Experience in Sales with an understanding of negotiation strategies and closing deals.
• Knowledge of Real Property and real estate concepts.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
• Previous experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market is a plus.
