Role DescriptionThis is a contract hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Phoenix, AZ, with some flexibility for remote work. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to determine their property needs, marketing properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transactions. The role also involves maintaining client relationships and staying current with market trends and regulations.
Qualifications- A valid Real Estate License is required.
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate, Real Property, and industry practices.
- Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and close deals.
- Proficiency with real estate technologies and tools is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
