This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Milwaukee, WI, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying and selling properties by providing expert guidance, conducting property showings, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities include maintaining current market knowledge, creating and nurturing client relationships, and offering exemplary customer service. Collaboration with team members and utilizing proprietary tools to meet clients' needs are essential aspects of this role.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License (no exceptions, must be licensed)
• Experience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property practices
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with the Milwaukee, WI real estate market is a plus
• Proficiency in property management software and digital tools is an advantage
