What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
  • Manage smaller transactions and collaborate with associated parties, including brokers
  • Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes
  • Assist with reporting functions and portfolio reporting, including data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
  • Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
  • Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with financial analysis related to real estate transactions
  • Familiarity with real estate technology platforms such as Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX
  • Previous experience in administrative support roles within real estate services
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
