Sr. Transaction Coordinator - Remote or Hybrid

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and critical dates
• Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, such as brokers
• Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes
• Assist in the preparation of market and demographic information for presentations and meetings

• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting

• Experience with transaction management technologies such as Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX
• Familiarity with financial analysis related to real estate transactions
• Knowledge of market trends and demographic analysis
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a client-facing role within real estate
