- Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
- Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
- Minimum of 2+ years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
- Strong organizational skills to manage and track multiple transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with real estate market research and data analysis
- Familiarity with transaction management technology and reporting systems
- Proven ability to prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes
- Background in financial analysis related to real estate transactions
- Experience in client relationship management within the real estate industry
