Sr. Transaction Coordinator - Remote or Hybrid

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
• Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, including brokers
• Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrices
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
• Draft and process all requests for service or client initiation documents

• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents, such as leases and purchase agreements
• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting

• Experience with transaction management technology such as Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX
• Familiarity with market and demographic analysis for presentations
• Previous experience coordinating financial analysis for real estate transactions
• Strong communication skills for preparing transaction communication tools and packages
