This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, based in Red Bank, NJ and the surrounding areas. The position involves managing day-to-day real estate transactions, assisting clients with buying, selling, or leasing real estate properties, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The role requires generating leads, marketing properties, negotiating sales, and guiding clients through the real estate process.

Work-from-home flexibility is available.

• Current, valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate principles and practices
• Proficiency in property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing
• Strong sales skills, with the ability to generate leads and close transactions
• Exceptional customer service abilities to build trustworthy client relationships
• Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and local property regulations
• Proficiency with real estate technology and CRM platforms is a plus
