This is a full-time Certified General Commercial Appraiser role based in Phoenix, AZ, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The position involves conducting valuations, appraisals, and market analyses for various commercial properties. The appraiser will be responsible for preparing detailed reports, staying current with market trends, and ensuring all assignments meet professional and regulatory standards. Collaboration with team members and maintaining excellent client relationships are essential aspects of this role.

• Strong expertise in Real Estate Appraisal and Appraising methodologies
• Proficiency in Market Analysis and understanding of market trends
• Solid background in Commercial Real Estate and property valuation
• Certified General Appraiser license is required
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in appraisal software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred
