Sr. Transaction Coordinator - Remote or Hybrid

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
• Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, including brokers
• Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes
• Draft and process requests for service and client initiation documents

• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with financial analysis and reporting in real estate
• Familiarity with real estate technology platforms like Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX
• Proven ability to coordinate client feedback and surveys
• Knowledge of market and demographic research methodologies
• Previous roles in a client-facing capacity within the real estate sector
