Sr. Transaction Coordinator - Remote or Hybrid

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
• Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
• Assist the transactions team with documentation required during the transaction management process
• Prepare negotiation summaries and assist in financial analysis and reporting functions

• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting

• Experience with real estate market research and analysis
• Familiarity with transaction management technology and reporting systems
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in client-facing roles within the real estate sector
