Sr. Transaction Coordinator - Remote or Hybrid

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally
• Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
• Gather data and market information for presentations and meetings
• Assist with administrative duties such as document processing and client reporting

• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience with financial analysis and reporting functions
• Familiarity with real estate market research and data analysis tools
• Previous experience in a client‑facing role within the real estate industry
• Knowledge of transaction management technologies and systems
