Sr. Transaction Coordinator - Remote or Hybrid

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
• Track and report on upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
• Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, such as brokers
• Assist the transactions team with necessary documentation throughout the transaction management process
• Prepare negotiation summaries and facilitate commission invoicing

• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting

• Experience with real estate market analysis and reporting tools
• Familiarity with transaction management technology such as Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX
• Strong communication skills for preparing transaction communication tools and packages
• Ability to coordinate client feedback questionnaires and surveys
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
