Sr. Transaction Coordinator - Remote or Hybrid

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
• Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, such as brokers
• Track and report on upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
• Assist the transactions team with documentation required during the transaction management process
• Prepare negotiation summaries and conduct market research for presentations

• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
  
  Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration

• Experience with real estate market analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with transaction management technology and databases
• Previous experience in client-facing roles within the real estate sector
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
