Sr. Transaction Coordinator - Remote or Hybrid

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
• Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
• Draft and process client initiation documents, engagement letters, and service requests
• Track and report critical dates such as lease expirations
• Assist with financial analysis and prepare market information for presentations and meetings

• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting

• Experience with transaction management technology such as Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX
• Previous exposure to client feedback questionnaires and surveys
• Familiarity with financial analysis in the real estate sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle general administrative duties effectively
