- Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
- Assist in the preparation of market and demographic information for presentations and meetings
- Facilitate commission invoicing and input commission information into the revenue reporting system
- Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
- Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
- Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
- Experience with real estate market research and analysis
- Familiarity with transaction management technology platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in client-facing roles
