Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Commercial Real Estate Agent, based in Columbus, OH, with partial work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions, including the sale, purchase, and leasing of properties. The role entails networking to build client relationships, conducting property research, analyzing market trends, preparing marketing strategies for property promotions, and negotiating agreements to meet client objectives.

Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required to engage in real estate activities.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Real Estate and Real Property processes.
  • Proven ability in Sales and Customer Service to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and developing marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in commercial real estate transactions is a significant advantage.
