Sr. Transaction Coordinator - Remote or Hybrid

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
• Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
• Track and report on lease expirations and other critical dates
• Prepare negotiation summaries and assist in the documentation process for various transactions
• Handle general administrative duties, including correspondence and departmental support

• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting functions

• Experience with real estate market research and data analysis
• Familiarity with transaction management technology and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPI) tracking
