What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
  • Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
  • Assist the transactions team with documentation required for the transaction management process
  • Draft and process requests for service, client initiation documents, and co‑broker engagement letters
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
  • Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
  • Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
  • Proficient in preparing negotiation summaries and market reports
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with financial analysis and real estate market research
  • Familiarity with transaction management technologies such as Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX
  • Excellent communication skills for client presentations and meetings
  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced real estate environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
