Sr. Transaction Coordinator - Remote or Hybrid

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
• Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, such as brokers
• Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes
• Track and report on upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
• Assist with administrative duties, including documentation processing and reporting functions

• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting

• Experience with portfolio reporting and client feedback questionnaires
• Familiarity with real estate market research and analysis tools
• Knowledge of C&W's revenue reporting system and related technology
• Prior experience in a client-facing role within a real estate context
