What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
  • Prepare negotiation summaries and assist with documentation for transaction management
  • Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
  • Handle general administrative duties and ensure the quality of transaction information in databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
  • Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
  • Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with financial analysis and reporting functions
  • Familiarity with real estate market research and data manipulation
  • Proficiency in using transaction management technology and tools
  • Background in client feedback coordination and surveys
  • Ability to draft and process requests for service or client initiation documents
