Location: New York
A leading real estate investment firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its in-house legal team at the New York headquarters. The ideal candidate will support acquisitions and financings for commercial real estate transactions nationwide, prepare and negotiate leases, and oversee land acquisitions. A strong background of 4-7 years in acquisitions, financings, and leasing is required, along with independent and collaborative work abilities.
The position offers a base salary of $200,000 - $260,000 and a mix of in-office and remote work.
