Sr. Transaction Coordinator - Remote or Hybrid

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
• Track and report on lease expirations and other critical dates
• Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, such as brokers
• Prepare negotiation summaries and assist with documentation for the transaction management process
• Handle general administrative duties, including correspondence and departmental support

• Must hold a state real estate salesperson license
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting

• Experience with financial analysis in real estate transactions
• Familiarity with real estate market research and demographic reporting
• Knowledge of relevant technology platforms, such as Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX
