This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in St. Louis, MO, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will conduct property market research, guide clients through real estate transactions, and provide excellent customer service to meet their needs.
The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and staying informed about market trends to offer informed guidance.
- Valid Real Estate License with a strong understanding of real estate principles
- Customer Service and Sales skills to build and maintain relationships effectively
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and driven approach to achieving sales targets and delivering client satisfaction
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
- Familiarity with the Saint Louis real estate market is a plus
