Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Baltimore, MD, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Real Estate Agent will focus on assisting clients in buying, selling, and managing real estate transactions. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, prospecting and generating leads, negotiating contracts, advising on market trends, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Collaboration with clients, team members, and other professionals will be key to succeeding in this role.

Qualifications
  • Possess a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate laws
  • Proficient in Sales and Real Property processes
  • Strong skills in Customer Service with a client‑centric approach
  • Experience and knowledge in Real Estate transactions and market strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment in the Baltimore, MD area
  • Proficiency with real estate management software and tools is a plus
  • Prior experience in property management, corporate relocation, or luxury real estate is advantageous
