This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent. The agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, building lasting client relationships, and staying informed about market conditions and trends. Responsibilities include conducting property valuations, negotiating contracts, and providing outstanding customer service to meet clients' property needs. Agents are expected to manage their schedules effectively while utilizing Fathom’s tools and support to grow their businesses successfully.

• Proficiency in Real Estate transactions and knowledge of Real Property laws and practices
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote work environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in technology and the ability to use real estate software and tools
• Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate is a plus
