Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position located in Litchfield Park, AZ, with opportunities for remote work. As a Real Estate Buyer’s Agent, you will assist clients in identifying and purchasing their ideal properties. Responsibilities include conducting property searches, scheduling and attending showings, presenting offers, and negotiating transactions. You will cultivate client relationships, provide high-quality customer service, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.

Additional tasks may include market analysis, maintaining knowledge of local real estate trends, and supporting clients through the entire home-buying process.

Qualifications
  • Possess a valid Real Estate License required for the state of Arizona
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive client relationships
  • Experience in Real Estate and understanding of real property transactions
  • Proficient sales capabilities with a client-first approach
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and communities in the greater Phoenix area
  • Proficiency in technology tools such as CRM platforms, MLS systems, and communication tools
