This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Miami Beach, FL, with some flexibility for remote work as a Licensed Team Member. As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and leveraging Sotheby’s International Realty’s resources. You will provide expert market insights, conduct property showings, negotiate contracts, and work to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Additionally, you will stay informed on market trends and adhere to all relevant policies and regulations.

• Possess a valid Real Estate License, with knowledge of real estate transactions, laws, and practices.
• Experience in Real Property and Real Estate, with a focus on luxury properties and market expertise.
• Strong Sales abilities, including negotiation, communication skills, and the ability to close deals.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build meaningful client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Self-motivation, organization, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Familiarity with the Miami, FL real estate market.
• Two years experience as a real estate agent.
