This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced Real Estate Agent, based in Nashville, TN, with opportunities for some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting buyers and sellers with property transactions, and providing guidance on real property matters. Daily tasks will include sales, property showings, negotiations, marketing campaigns, and adhering to real estate laws and regulations, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.

• A valid Real Estate License and a comprehensive understanding of real estate laws and transactions
• Experience in Real Estate and Sales with a proven ability to meet targets and close deals effectively
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Expertise in Real Property, including knowledge of property valuation and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Technology-proficiency with tools and platforms commonly used in real estate
• Familiarity with the Nashville real estate market is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
