This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Broker based in Salem, OR, with some remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include assisting clients with the purchase and sale of real estate properties. You will conduct property evaluations, prepare market analyses, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, you will foster client relationships, cultivate leads, and provide exceptional customer service to meet client needs effectively.

• Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate, with a valid real estate broker license in Oregon
• Proficiency in Customer Service and building long-term client relationships
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills relevant to the real estate market
• Thorough understanding of Real Property laws, regulations, and best practices
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with real estate technology tools and platforms is a plus
• Prior experience in the Salem, OR real estate market is a benefit and optional
