Are you ready to be an essential part of supporting highly productive brokers at Howard Hanna Beverly-Hanks Real Estate? This role involves diverse responsibilities such as database management, electronic form completion, transaction management, listing coordination, market research, ordering and coordinating marketing materials, property signage delivery, client and attorney communication, and assisting with paperwork processing.
Non-Competing RoleThis is a non-competing role; you will not be engaged in real estate brokerage activities such as listing and selling properties, but you will provide transaction support and coordination that leads to successful closings.
Education and TrainingWe value a combination of education and experience showcasing proficiency in the duties. Ideally, candidates will have completed college-level coursework and possess experience in the real estate field. An active North Carolina Real Estate license is required.
Work EnvironmentThe primary work environment is a professional office with some on-location tasks. Regular travel within Western North Carolina is part of the role. This role will assist agents in Hendersonville, Saluda, Lake Lure, and Brevard. Professional business casual attire is expected. This is an in‑office role.
ExperienceCandidates should bring progressively responsible experience from a professional real estate office setting, with a background as a real estate assistant and as a high-level administrative assistant.

- Team player with a quick learning ability, efficiency, and ability to work under pressure.
- Client care: high level of customer service skills/experience.
- Solid work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
