• Call property owners (vacant land)
• Qualify their interest in selling
• Pass qualified leads to the acquisitions team

• No closing
• No contract negotiation

Your focus is strictly lead generation.

• CRM system
• Phone system / dialer access
• Pre-qualified lead lists
• Scripts and training
• Full backend support

• In-office (Lincoln Road)
• Remote (must have reliable internet, quiet workspace, and headset)

• 15% of NET profit per closed deal
• Paid after successful closing
• Unlimited earning potential
