O. R. Colan Associates is looking for a Utilities Right of Way Title Agent to work primarily in Northern Ohio with flexible options to work from home. This full-time role involves conducting title searches, compiling reports, and frequent review of real estate documents. The position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $20-$35, along with benefits including health insurance and 401(k).
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and at least one year of title experience. Candidate must have a valid driver's license to perform occasional travel for work.
